Our view and our goal is to keep the music organic. We come from the roots which extended from the heart of Africa, the origination of all music on the planet. Everything you've heard throughout all of time began long ago there.

My professional background is much documented and public due to the internet industry. I am simply an artist that uses many brushes to paint in the moment. To be brief, at the age of sixteen I worked as a session drummer at Electric Lady Studios in New York City. I worked with a lot of the major rock bands of the day. From there I was signed by Warner Bros. where I played both bass guitar and drums. I play several instruments professionally. When I am working with an eclectic band in a live venue, the instrumental number seems to change depending what you read or hear. I love piano, violin, trumpet, sax electric and acoustic guitar bass guitar and drums are the major force in my soul.

I've pretty much played in all the major countries, as well as the big jazz festivals including Montreux . I've worked with Al Jarreau, Sade and a host of other artists. I have my own band called TRIBE 2k. It's a nine member set. We've released four studio cd's, one live cd and two indie film soundtracks.
